17/03/2012 · You could just place the images in InDesign (see Step 2) over multiple facing pages and export it as a PDF. Or you can separate the lookbook pages and place the PDF files into InDesign. I did that for my latest article in The Lamp magazine where the image was over a 2 page spread:
